IT Technician I
IT Technician I is an entry level position that provides technical support to end users by troubleshooting and referring to support documents to resolve issues. We are looking for a quick learner that has strong troubleshooting skills and communicates effectively with clients.
High skill level with computers and peripherals
Experienced with Windows 7, 8.1, and 10, and familiar with macOS and Android
Familiar with domain environments and networking infrastructure
Ability to teach and explain complicated technical issues with end users
Communicate and work effectively in a team environment
Use Zendesk to manage and resolve IT requests
Meet with end users to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
Clear and articulate documentation of IT support issues from the request through the resolution.
